Residential is an area in land use where the predominant use is for housing.  Housing has many components which include: single family, town homes, condominiums, multi family, duplexes, and apartments.  Housing choices and housing affordability are quality of life issues.  Quality growth creates a balance between the protection of natural resources such as land, air, and water and an expanding population.  The private sector should work hand in hand with local governments to accommodate our growing needs which will meet the demands and desires of the residents.
